Right to the status of a parent caretaker or the status of a caretaker

The allowance for the parent carer or carer shall be EUR 663,61, EUR 796,34 or EUR 995,42 per month

Psychosocial support

Psychosocial support is a service which encompasses expert procedures and other forms of assistance and support aimed at encouraging the development and improvement of cognitive, functional, communication, speech and language, social and educational skills of beneficiaries

Early development support

Early development support encompasses professional stimulating assistance and support for children and expert counselling for parents and other family members or foster families when a child is diagnosed with a certain developmental challenge, risk or difficulty at an early age

Home attendance services

The service of attendance includes providing meals, doing house chores, personal hygiene and fulfilment of other everyday needs

Day care

Full-day care can last from 6 to 10 hours, and half-day care from 4 to 6 hours a day

Accommodation

Accommodation services are aimed at providing intensive care to the beneficiary and enabling them to meet their basic needs when this is impossible to achieve within their family or through other social services

Organised housing

Organised housing is a social service aimed at providing housing in a housing unit, accompanied by constant or periodic expert and other assistance, as well as support in meeting basic living needs, along with social, professional, cultural, educational, recreational and other needs

Allowance for vulnerable energy buyers

This allowance amounts up to a maximum of EUR 26.54, exceptionally up to a maximum of EUR 70 per month by 31 March 2024

Personal assistance for persons with disabilities

Personal assistance is a social service that provides assistance and support to persons with disabilities in activities that they cannot perform on their own because of the type and degree of disability

Assistance for the purposes of inclusion in programmes of upbringing and regular education

Teachers can receive assistance in the inclusion of children with special needs into the education system

Allowance for regular higher education

Beneficiaries of the right to accommodation or organised housing are granted the right to an allowance for regular higher education as full-time or part-time students enrolled in university or professional study programmes in the amount of 265.45 EUR per month

Payment of costs for accommodation in a student dormitory

Student dormitory accommodation costs for a child or a young adult, a high school student with a lower income who is not a member of a household which is a beneficiary of the guaranteed minimum allowance right, are covered by the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy

Right to an inclusive supplement

An inclusive supplement is a cash allowance intended for a person with disabilities to overcome various obstacles that may hinder his full and effective participation in society on an equal basis with others

Reimbursement of transport costs due to schooling

Children with developmental disabilities and persons with disabilities may be entitled to compensation for transport costs due to education
