Accommodation for the elderly and infirm

Accommodation in this context means care outside one’s own family and is one of the most common services in the social welfare system used by senior citizens. It includes housing, food, care, healthcare, social work and active leisure time

Foster care

A maximum of four adult beneficiaries may be placed in a foster family, and the decision on their placement in the family is adopted by a social welfare centre

A lifelong support agreement or a support until death agreement

The main difference between these two agreements is the moment of transfer of assets, so carefully read the rights and obligations you might have as a maintenance provider or receiver before concluding an agreement
