A one-time allowance is the right to a financial assistance or assistance in kind. A one-time allowance may be granted in kind if the social welfare centre determines that it is reasonable to presume that the beneficiary will not use the allowance for the purpose it was provided
Pursuant to the Social Welfare Act, the care for this socially vulnerable group is under the jurisdiction of large cities and county seats
