Exemption from payment of fees and charges
Family members of Croatian veterans and disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans are exempt from paying certain court, administrative and notarial fees
In the process of exercising their rights under the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and their Family Members, the parties are exempt from paying court, administrative and notarial fees based on appropriate documents proving their status.Exemption from payment of the fee for conversion of agricultural land
If, on the basis of a building permit or another act, you convert agricultural land so that it is no longer used for agricultural production, you are exempt from paying a one-off conversion fee, provided that you are:- a family member of a deceased or missing Croatian veteran
- a disabled Croatian Homeland War veteran
- a Croatian veteran.
