Attendance allowance
A veteran or a beneficiary of the family disability allowance who, due to permanent changes in their health status, is unable to meet basic living needs on their own, is entitled to attendance allowance
If you are a Croatian veteran or a beneficiary of the family disability allowance and the benefits for unemployed Croatian veterans and their family members or a guaranteed minimum benefit and due to permanent changes in your state of health you are unable to meet your basic living needs, you are entitled to an attendance allowance.However, you are not entitled to the attendance allowance if you are a beneficiary of the allowance for care and assistance provided by another person under the Act on Croatian Homeland War Veterans and their Family Members or other regulations.
