Right to be assigned shares

Disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans, family members of a deceased Croatian Homeland War veteran and family members of a missing Croatian Homeland War veteran are entitled to shares, free of charge

Disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans, members of the immediate and extended family of a deceased Croatian Homeland War veteran and members of the immediate and extended family of a missing Croatian Homeland War veteran are entitled to be assigned part of the shares held by the Republic of Croatia, in particular:
 
  • disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans with 20 percent bodily disability shares with the nominal value of 2.442,1 EUR 
  • disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans with 30 percent bodily disability shares with the nominal value of 3.371,16 EUR 
  • disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans with 40 percent bodily disability shares with the nominal value of 4.300,22 EUR 
  • disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans with 50 percent bodily disability shares with the nominal value of 5.229,28 EUR 
  • disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans with 60 percent bodily disability shares with the nominal value of 6.158,34 EUR 
  • disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans with 70 percent bodily disability shares with the nominal value of 6.158,34 EUR 
  • disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans with 80 percent bodily disability shares with the nominal value of 8.016,46 EUR 
  • disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans with 90 percent bodily disability shares with the nominal value of 8.945,52 EUR
  • disabled Croatian Homeland War veterans with 100 percent bodily disability shares with the nominal value of 9.821,49 EUR
  • family of a deceased or missing Croatian Homeland War veteran shares with the nominal value of 9.821,49 EUR.

The request for the transfer of shares is submitted to the Restructuring and sale Centre, within six months from the date of the final decision establishing the status HRVI from the Homeland War, the status of a member of the family of a fatally injured Croatian veteran and a member of the family of a missing Croatian veteran from the Homeland War.
