Waste trading

By trading waste for personal needs, you can make a monthly income

The procedure of retail waste trading, which is performed by a legal entity or natural person – craftsman, entails purchasing waste from sellers (natural persons, citizens).

A waste trader is obliged to inspect a personal identification document of the person from whom he/she is purchasing waste, as well as the evidence of waste origin or a statement about the ownership of waste he/she intends to purchase.

(If the person fails to present a personal identification document, or the evidence of waste origin or a statement about the ownership of waste, the waste trader may not purchase such waste.)

A waste trader may not purchase waste from the seller (natural person) who is under 18 years of age.

A waste trader is obliged to issue to the seller (natural person) an appropriate certificate on taking possession of waste.

All payments for waste purchases must be invoiced. Payments for waste purchases in the procedure of retail waste trading are made through a giro account, current account or in cash.
