You can notify the environmental protection inspection about air pollution, illegal disposal and handling of waste, as well as other negative environmental impacts
The environmental protection inspection carries out supervision of the application of regulations governing:- industrial pollution control
- environmental impact
- waste handling
- air protection
- application of air quality standards and technical environmental standards
- implementation of environmental protection measures
- control of the environmental status defined in decisions on environmental acceptability of projects, environmental permits, or other binding acts prescribing requirements for operation of installations.
Submitting notifications to the environmental protection inspection
You can submit a notification by sending it to the following address: State Inspectorate, Šubićeva 29, 10 000 Zagreb, or by submitting your notification via Notifications
The person who submitted the notification shall be informed in writing of the determined state of affairs and measures taken within 30 days from the date of determining facts.
