Transfer to another workplace

The employer cannot transfer you to another workplace without your consent, instead they must offer you an amendment to the employment contract that you do not have to accept

The employment contract cannot be changed by the unilateral will of either party, which means that the employer cannot transfer you to another workplace without your consent.

They can, however, offer you an amendment to the employment contract, and it is up to you whether you accept it.

Termination with the offer of a new contract

In the event that you refuse the offered amendment to the employment contract, the employer may terminate the employment contract and at the same time propose the conclusion of a new contract with the amended conditions. If you accept the employer's offer, you reserve the right to challenge such amendments to the employment contract before the competent court.
