Call the White Phone to obtain information about appointment lists or cancel medical appointments you no longer require, but are recorded in our central system of appointments. For this type of information, on-call agents respond to queries on workdays from 8 AM to 4 PM.

If you have a question or petition which cannot be resolved right away, your call will be recorded and forwarded to the competent authority or institution for processing. After this, you will receive a written notice of how your petition was resolved. 

Note: Changing your appointment can only be done by contacting the healthcare institution where you previously made an appointment.
