1. Decision on the establishment of the institution and the statute
The founder of the institution for adult education submits to the Independent Sector for Legal Affairs and Second Instance Procedure of the Ministry of Science and Education a request for assessment of the compliance of the founding act with the law.
 
2. Decision of the competent commercial court
After the Ministry makes a decision on the assessment of the compliance of the founding act with the law, the founder submits an application to the competent Commercial Court for the entry of the adult education institution in the Court Register. The institution entered in the Court Register becomes an authorized legal entity and can start working.
 
3. Decision on meeting the minimum technical, health and ecological spatial requirements
The decision on meeting the minimum technical, health and environmental spatial requirements is made by the administrative body of the competent county in charge for education activities, and the conditions to be met are prescribed in the Ordinance on standards and norms and the manner and procedure of determining eligibility in adult education institutions.
 
4. Expert opinion of the Agency for Vocational and Adult Education on the program
Prior to submitting an application for approval of an adult education program, the institution is obliged to obtain an expert opinion of the Agency on the compliance of the education program with the appropriate qualification standard or set of learning outcomes from the CROQF Register.
 
5. Decision of the Ministry of Science and Education on the beginning of the implementation of the adult education program
The institution submits a request to the Ministry of Science and Education for approval of the implementation of adult education programs. When submitting the application, the institution is obliged to prove that it has established the personnel and material conditions prescribed by the program. Accordingly, it is necessary to submit copies of teachers' diplomas and signed statements that they will participate in the program, information on space and equipment, a decision on meeting the minimum technical, health and environmental requirements and concluded business cooperation agreements with relevant legal entities as proof of performance. practical part of teaching.
