Pension Insurance Company (Registration/Change)

The service enables electronic registration/change of the pension insurance company. Since the service is highly individualised, the registration is possible with, e.g. an electronic identity card (eOI).

Once you receive the decision on the recognition of the right to basic pension from the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute, you need to select a pension insurance company in order to exercise the right to pension under the basic pension insurance on the basis of individualised capitalised savings. It is possible to select one of the following two pension insurance companies: Hrvatsko mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d. and Raiffeisen mirovinsko osiguravajuće društvo d.d.

The service encompasses the following steps:

• registering/changing the pension insurance company
• downloading the signed forms
• cancelling the registration/change of the pension insurance company.

The insured person can change the selected pension insurance company within 15 days of the date of first registration. After the expiration of this period, the registration/change of the pension insurance company cannot be modified or recalled and it is considered to be final.
