Temporary Residence

Natural and legal persons are entitled to request a criminal record certificate from the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation for the purpose of realising a right abroad or in an international organisation

Special criminal record certificate for election purposes

For the purposes of candidacy of natural persons they are entitled to request a special criminal record certificate from the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation
