How can Croatian veterans and their family members submit their application

Since 2020, Croatian veterans and their family members have been able to submit applications via the e-Citizens system

It is possible to submit:

Application for purchase of a flat owned by the Republic of Croatia
Application for purchase of a flat owned by the Republic of Croatia without a discount on account of the applicant’s status
Application for exercising the right to make adjustments to the access to the building or flat and to make adjustments to the flat
Application for public utility infrastructure / municipal contribution
Application for the calculation of the price of flats owned by the local self-government unit.
