How will you recognise services completely integrated with the new e-Citizens portal?

All listed services have a red navigation bar where, after signing in, you can find the inbox, user profile, service filter, and the accessibility options

Take a look at the list of services that have been completely integrated with the new e-Citizens portal by 30 March 2022, expanding the options offered to citizens. All services listed below now have a uniform red navigation bar. This way you know that you are at the potal at all times.

Important announcement: All e-services available to citizens prior to the redesign of the e-Citizens portal are still available for usage. They can be easily reached through the Filter of e-services on the red navigation bar. Services that have not yet integrated into the new portal may seem graphically different and will not offer the functionalities o fthe new portal. The list of all integrated e-services with new functionalities is listed below.

After logging in to e-Citizens, by clicking on LOG IN on the red navigation bar, you will be able to see:
  • A link to the Inbox and the number of received messages (without opening the Inbox);
  • A link to the User profile where you can add or delete groups of frequently used service shortcuts and prevent having to constantly search for a service;
  • Service filter;
  • Log off;
  • Accessibility options:  
    • For the visually impaired;
    • For dyslexia;
    • Font size;
  • In the lower right corner of the navigation bar you can see your full name, your PIN, and the security level of your credential.

  1. Services which parents can use on behalf of a minor. In order to be able to use the service, one has to:
  • Log in to e-Citizens Information and Services with a personal credential by clicking on SIGN IN on the red navigation bar;
  • Choose between the services listed under the Service filter;
  • By clicking on the arrow next to the user’s name in the lower sight corner of the red navigation bar, a window is opened with the Change subject option;
  • By clicking on the Change subject option, the service will offer names of the user’s children;
  • By selecting the child’s name, a new window opens, showing the child’s name in the lower right corner of the red navigation bar;
  • The parent can now begin using the service on behalf of their child.

  1. Services which citizens can use on behalf of a business entity which they are authorised to represent. In order to be able to use the service, one has to:
  • Sign in to e-Citizens Information and Services with a personal or business credential by clicking on LOG IN on the red navigation bar;
  • Choose between the services listed under the Service filter;
  • By clicking on the arrow next to the user’s name in the lower sight corner of the red navigation bar, a window is opened with the Change subject option;
  • By clicking on the Change subject option, the service will offer names of business entities which the user is authorised to represent;
  • By selecting the business entity, a new window opens, showing the name of the business entity in the lower right corner of the red navigation bar;
  • The user can now begin using the service on behalf of the business entity.
