Citizens who previously applied for identity cards and passports in Petrinjska 30 as of 31 May will download the completed documents at Ulica grada Vukovara 70In an accelerated and expedited procedure, ID card applications are submitted only at Ulica grada Vukovara 70.

Time limits for issuing the eOI and the price of the eOI
An electronic identity card shall be issued by regular procedure within 30 days of the date of application:
- the price of eOI containing one or two certificates is EUR 13.27 - HRK 100.00 (fixed conversion rate 7,53450).
- the price of eOI issued to persons from the age of 70 who do not hold certificates is 9.29 EUR - 70.00 HRK (fixed conversion rate 7.53450).
An electronic identity card in accelerated procedure for all applicants is issued within 10 days from the date of submission of the application at a price of 25.88 EU - 195.00 HRK (fixed conversion rate 7.53450).
An electronic ID card in an expedited procedure for all applicants shall be issued within 3 working days from the date of submission of the application at a price of EUR 66.36 - HRK 500.00 (fixed conversion rate 7,53450).
The costs of issuing the first identity card for persons under the age of 18, if they are domiciled in Croatia and if this identity card is issued in a regular procedure (period of issue 30 days from the submission of the application) will be covered by the State budget, i.e. for issuing these identity cards applicants do not have to pay the amount for issuing costs.
The amount of money for issuing an identity card, depending on whether it is a regular, expedited or expedited procedure, is paid at the payment point of the post office, FINA, commercial bank or via internet banking to the account of the State budget of the Republic of Croatia, IBAN number: HR1210010051863000160 with the identification of the identity card by model HR65 7005-442-OIB (identification of the person for whom the identity card is made).
