Saznajte kako ostvariti pravo na stipendiju koju dodjeljuje Središnji državni ured za Hrvate izvan Republike Hrvatske

The Croatian language course is especially important for nurturing and promoting the Croatian language and culture, as well as for encouraging cooperation between the Republic of Croatia and Croatian emigrants and their descendants and their ties with Croatia. At the same time, this course also encourages Croatian emigrants and their descendants to repatriate to the Republic of Croatia and creates the preconditions for their easier integration into the economic and social life of the Republic of Croatia.

Scholarships for learning Croatian are awarded via public calls for applications.
Scholarships for learning Croatian in the Republic of Croatia cover the cost of learning Croatian, up to two subsidized meals per day and an allowance for on- or off-campus housing.

The Croatian language course is run by Faculties of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, Split, Rijeka and Osijek and is taught by Croaticum—Centre for Croatian as a Second and Foreign Language (Zagreb), The Centre for Croatian Studies Abroad (Split), The Rijeka School of Croatian Studies (Rijeka) and the Department of Croatian Language and Literature (Osijek).
