Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency supervises the enforcement of personal data protection at the request of the data subject - natural person, at the request of a third party or ex officio.

In accordance with Article 34. Of the Act on the Implementation of the General data Protection Regulation, anyone who considers that a right guaranteed by the General Data Protection Regulation and the Act on the Implementation of the General Regulation has been violated may submit a request to the Agency for a finding of a violation of a right.

The Agency shall decide on the infringement by means of a decision. The Agency's decision is an administrative act.

An appeal against the decision of the Agency is not admissible, but an action may bring an administrative dispute before the competent administrative court.
