The application for housing care of Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina is submitted to the Central State Office for Reconstruction and Housing Care.The application can be submitted by using the forms available on the website of the Central State Office for Reconstruction and Housing Care.
Required documents
Together with the above forms, you should also enclose the following documents:- copy of the valid ID card or other identification document
- proof of ownership of a house or building plot
- evidence of damage on the house
- certificate of permanent residence for the period from 8 October 1991 until the date of submitting the application
- certificate that the applicant does not own/owns real property, issued by the competent cadastral office
- certificate that the applicant was/was not the owner of real property for the period from 8 October 1991 until the date of submitting the application, issued by the municipal court
- certificate of the competent tax administration branch office on real property transactions for the permanent places of residence from 8 October 1991 until the date of submitting the application and for temporary places of residence in that period.
The application is submitted to the Central State Office for Reconstruction and Housing Care, Savska cesta 28, 10 000 Zagreb.
